• Today Magazine — 25th of month

For our monthly digital publication, send your news by the 25th of the month to be considered for the next edition — for example, by June 25th for the July edition.

Today Online + Calendar — Anytime

Send your events and news literally anytime for our Today Calendar and Today Online news site — i.e., this is a rolling or ongoing deadline.

While we receive more news and content than can be published, we want to share as much news from the Valley community as we possibly can — so send us your ideas for cover stories along with your business and community news, events, photos and more. The sky's the limit!

Email milestone business news such as launches, renovations and business anniversaries: one-year, 10-year, 20-year, etc. We hope to publish all of your Valley business anniversaries in 10-year increments, but send your five-year increments too and we'll run those as space allows.

Email news related to Farmington Valley residents and organizations.

Currently a free listing for Valley-connected
events and programs open to the public — via email, follow the format in this example:

Holiday Concert  >  if relevant, add prefix Online:

Canton Community Center

• Friday 12/30 – 7:00 pm

Free or $Cost • Register + Info – website link • phone and/or email

• Band and choir perform carols and other classics

NOTE — if needed, adjust to fit the program or event — for example, if no registration link or phone or email is necessary, just omit them

PLUS — you can send a lengthier press release in case space is available

Send photos of town landmarks, community events, nature's beauty in your town ... and more! Include caption information — who and/or what is in the photo.

Letters to the editor are welcome. Ideal maximum length: 100 words — with occasional exceptions. We reserve the right to edit for style and space considerations.

Provide your full name, hometown, email address and phone number — the phone and email won't be published, unless you request this for promotional purposes.

The publisher is a political independent, and that is the editorial stance of the magazine. Letters are welcome from across the political spectrum as long as they are civil and tasteful.

Since the financial fallout of the COVID shutdown and other factors have interrupted our monthly print edition, we are publishing a digital-exclusive monthly magazine
